Pyrite

This triangle of golden goodness is perfect! If you don’t know already, I am a big fan of pyrite!

My favorite about this piece is the line of quartz that goes right down the side!

Despite being nicknamed “fool’s gold”, pyrite is sometimes found in association with small quantities of gold. A substantial proportion of the gold is “invisible gold” incorporated into the pyrite. 😉

Pyrite, also known as iron pyrite, is a powerful healing crystal that can benefit the body, mind, and spirit in many ways. It is known to boost energy levels and promote physical strength and vitality.

It can reduce the swelling in respiratory allergies, it increases oxygen in the blood and helps in healing the lungs. So awesome for this time of year!

It also releases toxins through the digestive tract. Wear it close to the throat for breathing difficulties

Pyrite also enhances mental clarity and aids in problem-solving. In addition, pyrite is thought to be helpful in protecting against negative energy!

Of course, this crystal – as with any crystal – will never be a replacement for a healthy diet and lifestyle that likewise enhance these abilities within you. But they certainly will work hand in hand!
