This phrase is very important in so many ways, trademarked and officially ours … and this is why …

Rocky means stony, rough, unstable, craggy, unsteady, shaky, rugged, undependable, bumpy, wobbly, hard.

So yes raw, yummy jagged rocks that we cut, shape, and polish to a beautiful shine is one passion we hold. There is more to this word “Rocky”.

This is a word also used to describe the ones that tear you down. Steal your joy. Blame you for their misfortunes. Harboring anger and jealousy.

These people weigh heavy on my heart. I have been guilty of letting their sad souls change my demeanor. Weak in the negative energy they obtain. Even question myself when hurtful things are said. It could be something as little as a put down to your attire. Or your appearance. Even your weight.

Now what is the opposite?

Refined means polished, delicate, elegant, cultivated, purified, subtle, fine, cultured, and my favorite, genteel.

So understanding what is a genteel person is:

elegant or graceful in manner, appearance, or shape : free from vulgarity or rudeness : polite.

Refined is what we give back to those who are “Rocky”.

Beauty. Softness. Again, the words used above…delicate, cultured, genteel.

All a good representation of how we should be. I want to represent this here at LHG. Not only the rough to the finished polished shine with our beautiful gems, but in our manner as well. This is my soul. I represent the Almighty. I am refined.
